  • I can't make my appointment- what happens to my deposit?

    To secure your appointment, I'll collect your card information. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so more than 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. If you miss your appointment or cancel within 24 hours, your card will be charged a 50% fee of the total service cost, (im bummed too!) and the deposit cannot be transferred to a future appointment. For cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours, you'll need to provide new card details for a new appointment.

  • Lateness

    I offer a 15-minute grace period for late appointments. If you are running late, please email or DM me on Instagram. After 15 minutes, your appointment is subject to cancellation, your deposit forfeited, and your card charged for a same-day cancellation. This policy helps protect our time together to ensure a quality service and the time of clients scheduled after you. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Refunds & Adjustments

    Refunds are not offered for services; however, I am happy to make adjustments within 2 weeks of your initial service. An adjustment is a minor tweak to better align the result with what was discussed during your consultation. Significant changes or requests that differ from the initial consultation will require booking a separate service. This policy ensures fair use of my time and covers the costs of operating behind the chair. Thank you for your understanding.

  • All Inclusive

    All services are provided at a fixed hourly rate, which includes all necessary products and materials. To simplify your experience and ensure transparency, gratuity is included in the price of your service. The price you see is the price you pay. Thank you for choosing me!

  • Children

    I do not offer services to children under 8 years old. For children 8 and older, appointments are booked at my normal hourly rate. Appointments for existing clients’ children are subject to my discretion.

    If a child becomes overly fussy or moves excessively, I may ask to reschedule the appointment for safety reasons (tools are sharp and hot!) to ensure the best experience for everyone, I kindly ask clients not to bring children to their appointment unless the child has their own scheduled appointment. I want you to able to fully relax without distractions to ensure clear communication between us. Thank you for understanding!

  • Deposits?

    To secure bookings for new or unestablished clients (those without 3 or more visits in a calendar year) you must provide credit card information to book. Your support and consideration of my small business does not go unnoticed!
